This policy explains how HUMANOID INTEGRATION LTD (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the data controller for that data.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send us — name, company, business email, phone number, site postcode, task interest, timeline and any notes you include, whether sent via our demo form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Site visit details — if you book a demo, operational information needed to prepare (e.g. access arrangements, site contact).
  • Technical basics — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve the site and protect it against abuse.
  • No analytics, no advertising trackers. This website sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics or marketing scripts.
  • Chat assistant. The on-site assistant answers from a fixed knowledge base held in your browser. Questions you type are not stored and not sent to any third party; if you choose to send it onward (WhatsApp/email/call), normal rules in this policy apply.

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or proposal — legitimate interests (business-to-business communication) and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To manage an ongoing customer relationship, once a contract exists — performance of a contract.
  • To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting records) — legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

  • Email, hosting and IT providers that process data on our behalf under contract (processors), located in the UK/EEA wherever possible.
  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants, insurers) only where necessary.
  • Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

5. How long we keep it

  • Sales enquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
  • Customer records: for the duration of the contract plus up to 6 years where required for tax and legal records.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and portability. Contact us at kociakpawel@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

7. Cookies and embedded media

  • This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics.
  • Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load after you click play.
  • When you play a video, Google/YouTube may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you prefer to avoid this entirely, use the direct YouTube links instead.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, access controls). Data is hosted in the UK/EEA by default. If a transfer outside the UK/EEA is ever required, we will put appropriate safeguards in place.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the version and date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
